Changes

Reworked some application-breaking bugs in chip selection and card purchase actions.
Game plays through to end, mostly, with a few core game mechanics still yet to be built out.

To dos

  • Gold chip wild card functionality
  • Enable purchase of reserved cards
  • Add "skip turn" action to avoid softlocks
  • Build out end game logic
  • Display a player's held nobles
  • Organize player's held cards so total buying power is easily visible
